Biden Blames Secret Service for Hiding from Public

Ever since Joe Biden announced that he was dropping out of the election, he has pretty much disappeared.

That weekend, he took extra time in Delaware, then went on a two-week vacation after his appearance at the DNC.

Now Biden claims that the Secret Service is telling him that he cannot be around big crowds.

Too Dangerous

Apparently, it is safe for Joe Biden to sit on an open beach with plenty of lines of sight, but out in public in DC is far too dangerous for Joe.

When asked about his lack of appearances as of late, Biden responded, “I'm not able to go out into crowds anymore, the Secret Service doesn't let me.

“They said it's too dangerous. No one gets to go out.”

Biden made the statement after appearing at a Harris campaign rally in Pittsburgh.

It was notable that neither Harris nor Biden walked the rope line after their speeches, something that Biden usually enjoys doing.

Biden did attend a private meet-and-greet and chat with some supporters in the stands behind the dais.

When the Secret Service was asked about Biden’s claim, it responded, “Out of concern for operational integrity, we are not able to comment further on the protective protocols used for the President,” so we have no idea if Biden is telling the truth or not here, but I always lean toward the lie unless proven otherwise.

If, however, we take Biden at his word, it would appear that Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe does not want to make the mistakes of his predecessor who seemed more interested in DEI than in hiring qualified agents.

The attempt on Donald Trump’s life ultimately cost former Director Kimberly Cheatle her job, as she finally caved to pressure of members of Congress demanding her resignation after being put through the wringer during a congressional hearing.
