Even though experts have already debunked the idea that the Inflation Reduction Act will actually decrease inflation, Joe Biden is still pushing that narrative.
He was in Oregon this past weekend to try to help candidates struggling in the ordinarily reliable blue state.
The reason they are struggling, however, is because of Biden, so I am not sure how much he helped.
Bungling
Biden was trying to explain the IRA, but it seemed that the more he talked, the less he actually understood the legislation.
Additionally, Biden was pushing these little tax credits that will hardly make a dent in how much people are getting hit right now.
For instance, Biden stated, “The Inflation Reduction Act has to do with your ability to get tax credits for buying — if you need a new coffee machine, a new washer, a new refrigerator.
“And you buy an efficient refrigerator, efficient coffee machine, you get a tax credit for it.”
Conservatives pounced on him...
More honest Biden: I’m f**king up the economy so bad that you need government assistance to buy a damn coffee machine.

If the best you have is to spend more money to get a small tax credit, I would say your administration is epically failing Americans.
