Joe Biden had a doozy of a gaffer at an event on Wednesday.
I wish I could say this was funny, but it was not.
Biden stood on the stage calling for Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN)
Walorski died in a horrific car accident with two staff members in August.

Walorski was one of the lawmakers who had pushed for this event to take place.
The White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health was to be part of her legacy.
Now it will go down as the day that Biden tried to call her from the grave...

Biden was clearly reading from a teleprompter.
So, I cannot help but ask, who put her name in there and who forgot to tell Biden that she died in a horrific car crash?
Walorski died along with staffers Emma Thomson, 28, and district director Zachary Potts, 27.
Potts was behind the wheel at the time when the vehicle inexplicably turned into oncoming traffic.
The driver of the other car, Edith Schmucker, 56, also died in the accident.
This is beyond embarrassing... it is unforgivable.
