Biden Announces Clemency List

Joe Biden has published his latest list of recipients that will receive clemency from the administration.

In all, there are 16 people who will benefit.

Biden is giving 11 pardons and five commutations.

The List

The latest list from Biden is primarily for drug offenses.

This has been a big concentration for Biden, believing that nobody should still be in jail for marijuana and minor drug offenses.

I have no problem with people who were caught purchasing small amounts of marijuana, but that is not what most of this list consists of.

For instance, Biden pardoned Jason Hernandez, who had been sentenced to 10 years in prison for distribution of cocaine and meth, as well as three counts of selling banned substances within 1,000 yards of a school.

Beverly Denise Holcy, also known as Beverly Canty, was also pardoned for having sold crack in Florida.

Katrina Polk and Bobby Darrell Lowery were pardoned for convictions of having intent to distribute crack and cocaine, respectively, with Lowery also having been convicted of a felony firearm charge.

Then there is Alexiz Sutton, who had been convicted of a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin.

These are not marijuana crimes, but hard drugs with intent to distribute, in other words, serious drug dealers, that Biden is letting off the hook.

Thousands of months of prison sentences have now been wiped off the books in order for Biden to gain favor with liberal voters and activists.

Exactly what message is sent to the rest of America when we have a country that sees more than 100,000 overdoses every single year?

Perhaps Joe Biden just has a soft spot for cocaine and crack dealers since that was Hunter’s drug of choice… I mean, what else makes sense here?

America Last… Today’s Democrat Party.
