Biden Admits Inflation Reduction Act Had Little 'To Do With Reducing Inflation'

We all knew that Joe Biden was lying.

It's just rare that Biden is willing to admit that he knew as well.

It actually happened though; Biden admitted that his Inflation Reduction Act really never had much to do with reducing inflation at all.

It was a statement into which the president was effectively cornered.

He could either admit that his "Inflation Reduction Act" hadn't worked at all, or he could pretend that it's goal was to never reduce inflation.

Instead of admitting that his bill was a complete failure, Biden decided to treat all Americans as if they are stupid.

"I wish I hadn't called it that because it has less to do with reducing inflation than it does to do with dealing with providing for alternatives that generate economic growth," Biden told donors in Utah on August 10. "So, we're now in a situation where if you take a look at what we're doing in the Inflation Reduction Act, we're literally reducing the cost of people being able to make their — meet their basic needs."

Then why didn't you call it the "meet basic needs act?"

The amount of smoke and mirrors, misdirection, and lying that America has seen out of this administration is absolutely disgusting.

Biden and his team are supposed to be the people keeping the rest of America safe.

Instead, they're trying to kill America and all of us powerless people are being forced to band together to try to stop it.

If the liberal machine has their way though, they're going to just keep lying forever.

Remember, Joe Biden previously guaranteed that the Inflation Reduction Act "will lower inflation."

Now he's saying it was never supposed to do that.

Was he lying then, or is he lying now?
