Joe Biden has lived an amazing life… he is the modern-day Walter Mitty.
Biden has a relatable story for every event, including the civil rights movement, where he continues to claim he was an active participant.
That claim, however, has never been proven.
Pandering
Biden, as usual, was pandering for votes on the 58th anniversary of "Bloody Sunday" in Selma, AL, reports USA Today.
Biden stated, "I was a student up north in the civil rights movement.
"I remember feeling how guilty I was, [that] I wasn't here. How could we all be up there, and you going through what you went through."
There is literally not a single shred of evidence to support Biden's claim that he was involved in the civil rights movement at all, reports Fox News.
This is far from the first time Biden has lived his fantasy activist life. He also claimed to have been involved in a protest in 1983.
He once stated, "When I was 17, I participated in sit-ins to desegregate restaurants and movie houses. And my stomach turned upon hearing the voices of Faubus and Wallace. My soul raged on seeing Bull Connor and his dogs."
Again, no pictures, no evidence, nothing to prove that Biden was even involved in any such incident.
Biden also claimed to have walked out of a restaurant in protest when a black student was told he was not welcome. Now, this story does have a witness…. Frank Hutchins.
Hutchins told the Philadelphia Inquirer, "They weren't aware of what happened. I was only 16 then. It was my problem and my battle for me to work out. They were oblivious to it until later."
In 1987, Joe Biden actually debunked all his lies, but he clearly forgot that statement. At the time, Biden stated, "During the '60s, I was, in fact, very concerned about the civil rights movement. I was not an activist. I worked at an all-Black swimming pool in the east side of Wilmington, Delaware. I was involved in what they were thinking, in what they were feeling."
Last year, Joe told another story, again, a lie.
While speaking to students from Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University, two historically black colleges and universities that share a common campus, Biden stated, "I did not walk in the shoes of generations of students who walked these grounds. But I walked other grounds. Because I'm so damn old, I was there as well. You think I'm kidding, man. It seems like yesterday the first time I got arrested. Anyway."
There is zero record of Joe Biden having been arrested.
So, let me equate this to Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.), who is about to get run out of office for telling so many lies, of which I support, by the way. If Democrats want him gone, why are they so tolerant of the endless string of lies that Joe Biden tells on this specific subject?
