Bethany Frankel Unloads on Jerry Seinfeld Over Crime in New York City
Joe Biden is the darling of the Hollywood elite, regularly garnering praise from them and endorsements that rain down from the heavens because he is taking on the bad orange man.
The most recent of which was a letter signed by dozens of Hollywood personalities, including Jerry Seinfeld, Bradley Cooper, and Chris Rock, to support Joe Biden’s handling of the Israel-Hamas war.
Bethany Frankel, a “Real Housewives” series star, just took a shot at one of those stars.
Take That
Frankel was also on Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice,” so it was no surprise to hear her speaking out against the violence we are seeing in Democrat-run cities like New York.
She was recently a guest on the “Superfly” podcast with Dana Carvey and David Spade.
Frankel described a recent event where she claimed to have been assaulted around 72nd Avenue for no apparent reason.
She stated, “I turned around and a guy, just as I was walking out the door, just whacked me in the face.”
She went on to say that she no longer wanted to live in New York because of how crazy it had gotten, contrary to an op-ed that Jerry Seinfeld wrote regarding violence in New York.
Frankel explained, “Some guy wrote an article during the pandemic about crime, Seinfeld pushed back on it.
“It’s been a discussion and there’s been a defensiveness about it, because New Yorkers wanna gaslight and pretend it’s not actually happening and close their eyes and pretend they’re not seeing it.
“Jerry Seinfeld, I hate to say, ’cause I love him and I know you guys love him, but he was wrong.”
She continued, “When I’m in a drug store, my shoulders are up—like any human that’s near me, I feel like they’re gonna do something to me in the city.”
It was refreshing to hear a celebrity speak out about this because most of them either back Biden or are silent on such issues for fear of being blacklisted in Hollywood.
