El Paso Cleans Up City Before Biden Arrives

Well, I got half of what I was hoping for in Biden's border visit.

Joe ended up going to El Paso, which is one of the worst-hit cities from this border debacle.

That, unfortunately, is where the good news ends.

All for Show

When Biden decided to head to the border, cleaning crews went into overdrive in the city of El Paso.

There had been homeless camps all over the city, literally turning each city block into a tent city.

Within days, the city has chased all the migrants out and cleaned up the streets to act as though nothing was wrong.

The city is run by Democrats, who are begging for federal aid, yet they cleaned up this mess to make it appear as though nothing at all was wrong and everything is under control.

You want federal money… let Joe see it the way that it really is and probably is already turned back to now that Joe has left the city.

The Border Patrol union was livid with the cleanup.

The union stated, "El Paso being cleaned up as if nothing unusual ever happened there.

"We suggest just landing in Des Moines, Iowa and telling him it's El Paso. He'll never know the difference."

According to reports, rather than pushing the migrants through processing, they decided to start holding the migrants at detention centers, which you know Biden was not going to bring TV crews to.

This entire thing was nothing more than another photo op for Biden…

Local residents were just as upset, knowing this was nothing but a smokescreen to cover up the problem while Biden came to town…

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd added, "He's not coming to the border of his own accord. He would have done that a long, long time ago.

"Because you now have Democrats, his constituency, his base, now that they're upset, now you've got Eric Adams, you've got the governor of Colorado. That's the only reason that he's coming to the border. And it's two years too late."

When DHS was asked about the cleanup, it responded, "In response to migrants evading apprehension in the El Paso area, the United States Border Patrol has increased the number of agents patrolling the area. The number of migrants encountered in El Paso is down 70 percent since mid-December, which might be a factor."

That, by the way, is a complete and utter lie. From the reports that I have seen, the numbers have not dwindled at all, with more than 600,000 migrant encounters at the border to wrap up the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2023.
