House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) did not exactly get the welcome that she thought she would this weekend.
Pelosi was introduced to the crowd by the wife of Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
She immediately started talking about climate change and carbon pollution.
The crowd apparently wanted none of it.
Boo!
The crowd at the Global Citizen Festival should have been a friendly crowd for her, but it was anything but.
As soon as Pelosi opened her mouth, plenty of boos could be heard in the crowd…

The mixed reaction that Pelosi received had to take her by surprise.
At an event like this, they should be swallowing her Kool-Aid without hesitation.
Among the other acts that performed were The Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Usher, and Metallica.
