The Biden administration took another shot on the chin on Friday.
An appeals court upheld an injunction that had been placed on some of the alphabet agencies in the landmark Missouri v. Biden case.
Among others, the CDC and FBI are now prohibited from censoring American citizens on social media, reported NPR.
It's About Free Speech
As most of you know, the Biden administration had been working, or I should say controlling, the narrative on several social media outlets during the pandemic.
Accounts were not only being suspended for questioning government statements and policies but narratives the government wanted pushed were also found in everyone's feeds.
Biden officials and the agencies named in the decision "shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech.
"That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies' decision-making processes," according to the ruling.
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), however, was exempt from the ruling, which did not sit well with Mike Benz, the former Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Communications and Information Policy…
The utter insanity of CISA being exempt from the new terms of the censorship injunction under the Missouri v. Biden ruling is fully explained in this video: https://t.co/VcuGr54fic

CISA was working with the "Election Integrity Partnership" flagging posts by outlets such as Breitbart News, Fox News, the New York Post, and the Epoch Times, as well as some high-profile conservatives, including, Charlie Kirk, Tom Fitton, Jack Posobiec, Mark Levin, James O'Keefe, and Sean Hannity, reported Breitbart.
CISA's Brandon Whales, however, insists that the agency does not censor Americans.
This is semantics, as they may not directly censor anyone, but they sure as hell have been pointing a finger at people it wants to be censored.
