A federal appeals court has stood up for justice and truth and finally called Team Biden out for one of the biggest crimes of Joe's presidency:
Violating America's Constitution.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recently announced that Joe Biden's administration "had violated the First Amendment."
The announcement was made as part of their decision to partially uphold a lower court's ruling in the case of Missouri vs. Biden. The decision said that neither the White House nor any other governmental agency has the right to pressure social media companies into taking content down simply because they disagree with it.
Some of the arms that the court said had violated the First Amendment in the past were the FBI, the Centers for Disease Control, the White House, and the surgeon general.
The court specifically named White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy in its decision.
"Defendants, and their employees and agents, shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech," the decision said. "That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies’ decision-making process."
Clearly, Joe Biden's office has been abusing its power.
It was an abuse of power to label parents of schoolchildren as terrorists.
It was an abuse of power to allow false allegations against Republicans to stand.
It was an abuse of power to censor social media.
It's an abuse of power to try to put Donald Trump in jail just to win the 2024 presidential election.
