AOC Caves To DCCC Establishment By Paying Dues For First Time

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) was FORCED to give in.

AOC had been putting off paying her election cycle dues to her party since 2019.

Now, AOC has finally coughed up some of the money.

AOC donated just over a quarter of a million dollars to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Voter Protection Program.

Despite the congresswoman finally making a donation, a statement she provided to the media implies AOC may be in denial about what she has actually done for the DCCC.

“We spent a lot of time, since first coming into office in 2019, working to change this institution. And we have successfully done so,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

She did not stop there.

“We’ve exerted a lot of our power through our existing channels. Now it’s time to assert our influence in larger institutions, including the DCCC,” AOC also said.

$260,000 may seem like a large amount when it comes to a donation.

But, when you hear the amount of money AOC has been sitting on, you will think otherwise.

There are two things you should know about AOC.

1) AOC is a successful fundraiser.
2) AOC has been greedy from the day she entered Congress.

Since she began her journey in congress, AOC has pulled in nearly $50 million dollars.

Before now, not a single cent was given to any of the DCCC causes AOC supposedly supports.

The fact that AOC only donated $260,000 out of the $50 MILLION that she has raised is unbelievably selfish.

This is not the first time AOC has been extremely greedy with money.

Back in 2022, AOC took to the social media platform Instagram, where she complained about how “expensive” it is to be a member of Congress despite the average salary being nearly $200,00o.

“It’s insanely expensive, there is no stipend or per diem for it, and you’re not allowed to write it off even though your job forces you to have it. This creates real class dynamics in the House. Many sleep in their offices, but if you are caught, it could get bad for many reasons, including violations,” AOC wrote at the time.

One thing is clear -- AOC values money more than doing the job she signed up for.
