"Speaking to constituents in Corona, Queens, The 'Squad' member was disrupted several times as some heckled and booed her, and in turn, her supporters shouted down those protesters," Fox News reported.
"'American citizens before migrants,' one man shouted as he walked toward Ocasio-Cortez holding small American flags. 'Where are you on the migrant issue? You're a piece of s--t.'"

"The event in Queens turned heated and chaotic, with at least two attendees being removed from the town hall held by the third-term congresswoman, who won her 2022 re-election bid with 71.3% of the vote," the Daily Caller wrote.
"Ocasio-Cortez was grilled about the over $100 billion in aid the United States sent to Ukraine," it added.
The pushback comes as many in New York have grown angry over the thousands of migrants in the city in recent months.
Migrants have been staying in local hotels and emergency centers funded by taxpayer dollars in a move that continues to add to the controversy.
Gov. Kathy Hochul also noted plans to house migrants at public college campuses during the summer and mentioned the option of housing migrants at JFK International Airport in Queens.
The issues are not being resolved by the area's Democrats, leading to frustration against the congresswoman and other elected leaders.
