Another Democrat Senator Calls on Biden to Withdraw from Race
Other than using the 25th Amendment, the only way that Democrats can get Joe Biden to drop out of the race is for him to voluntarily do that.
Dems are now making it quite clear that Biden no longer has their support with a massive public campaign calling for him to step down.
Senator Peter Welch (D-VT) has joined the ranks of Dems demanding that Biden withdraw from the race and allow someone else to face off against Trump.

Senator Welch has joined a growing contingent of Democrats that are now publicly speaking out against Biden.
The debate fallout is surely far worse than the Biden campaign could have ever imagined.
To that point, Welch stated, “I have great respect for President Biden.
“He saved our country from a tyrant. He is a man of uncommon decency. He cares deeply about our democracy. He has been one of the best presidents of our time.”
Let me jump in here very quickly to remind the Senator that the United States is not a democracy, but rather a constitutional republic. Perhaps that is part of the problem, but I digress.
His statement continued, “But I, like folks across the country, am worried about November’s election.
“The stakes could not be higher. We cannot unsee President Biden’s disastrous debate performance. We cannot ignore or dismiss the valid questions raised since that night.”
The statement concluded, “I understand why President Biden wants to run. He saved us from Donald Trump once and wants to do it again.
“But he needs to reassess whether he is the best candidate to do so. In my view, he is not.
"For the good of the country, I’m calling on President Biden to withdraw from the race.”
I think everyone is really missing a humongous question right now.
If they do not believe he is fit to run in the election, why are they not calling for his resignation for the same reason?
These people are putting our national security at risk to cover their own careers, so they are not saving our “democracy.” These people are frauds.
