Justice Amy Coney Barrett has some serious explaining to do.
She refused to hear a challenge to Biden's student loan giveaway brought by a Wisconsin taxpayers' organization.
With there being significant questions about the constitutionality of the order, this was a rather shocking announcement.
This denial had a crippling butterfly effect.

The Attorneys General of Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and South Carolina had filed another suit in Missouri.
After Barrett's decision was announced, U.S. District Judge Henry Autrey denied their case on standing.
They have already stated that the decision will be appealed.
This is something that even most Democrats agreed had to be addressed through Congress before Joe went crazy with his EO pen.
Now, of course, they are all behind it.
Having said all that, I still cannot believe that Barrett, without even offering any explanation, denied the other case to go before the court.
