Report: Travis Kelce could propose to Taylor Swift with $1M ring

A Philadelphia jeweler wants to see his design worn by pop star Taylor Swift, so he offered tight end Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs a free engagement ring worth $1 million following the rumors of their potential union.

Ever since they began dating in September, speculation has circulated that Swift and Kelce are planning to tie the knot. Steven Singer, a jeweler and ring designer, spoke with Page Six about his plans to create a free ring for the famous pair, as rumors about their possible engagement persist.

"I recognize that the most renowned couple globally has an abundance of options when it comes to choosing engagement rings, should they decide to tie the knot. If they do, I would be honored to help design a truly extraordinary ring exclusively for them," said Singer.

"My daughter is an avid fan of Taylor Swift, and we admire not only her but also the values she champions," he continued. "Perhaps, by presenting them with the ring of their dreams, it might make securing concert tickets for her next tour a tad easier."

The Ring

Colorless and flawless real diamonds would be the focal point of the ring, according to Singer's design concepts. The 7.5-carat emerald would be set in a platinum ring that would cost a million dollars.

A "celestial alignment" for the celebrity couple led astrologer Susan Miller to predict in December that Swift and Kelce will be married in 2024. The couple's longtime pals also spoke to the press about their hope that the couple will tie the knot at around that time.

Swift and Chetarah Jackson, a friend of Kelce's, were recently in a VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium to see the Chiefs face off against the Buffalo Bills. In the private suite, Ohio real estate agent Jackson was accompanied by her boyfriend, whom she claims has known Kelce since they were in seventh grade.

Reactions From Others

A friend of Kelce's revealed that after she attended the Chiefs game, she was led to believe that Kelce and Swift will indeed tie the knot. Swift and Kelce were guests at a Kansas City Christmas party that Jackson documented on Instagram.

At the party, she was seen standing with Swift and Kelce, and another shot showed her with Swift, both of whom were dressed in Chiefs gear. Entertainment Tonight was informed of Jackson's experience.

"We had an amazing time," Jackson told the outlet. "Patrick Mahomes was also there. He was nice and took a picture for my nephew. Taylor and Travis are so in love. It was so cute seeing them together, and I can see them getting married."

Jackson added: "Taylor is an absolute sweetheart. She is very down-to-earth and kind."

Kelce and the Chiefs are preparing for the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs, where they will face the Buffalo Bills on Jan. 21.

From her first Chiefs game on Sept. 24 to the most recent matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Jan. 13, Swift has reportedly been to eleven games this season.
