Adam Schiff's election, mortgage paperwork suggest history of dishonesty

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate from California, Adam Schiff, likely NEVER thought this would come back to bite him.

An examination of Schiff's mortgage papers and election filings shows that he lists BOTH his California home and his Maryland home as his “principal residence.”

Unfortunately for Schiff, citizens of the United States of America are only allowed to have ONE primary residence. It's defined as the place where the citizen spends the majority of the year. For some reason, Schiff didn't think that definition applied to him and wanted the benefit of two different locations being his primary home.

Now, Schiff could be facing a whopping amount of legal trouble.

Schiff claiming both of the homes were his primary residence resulted in his receipt of unfair tax breaks and mortgage interest rates.

He's a congressman for California and is even running for Senate in California despite having his “principal residence” in Maryland!

Who does Schiff have to thank for uncovering his weaselly ways?

A California real estate investigator who goes by the name of Christine Bish.

Bish is a Republican who also happens to be running for Congress this year!

According to Bish, it wasn’t until 2020 that Schiff updated his Maryland mortgage to declare the property as a secondary residence.

It does not change the fact that for YEARS Schiff committed mortgage fraud if what Bish alleges is, in fact, true.

Now, Schiff should be deeply concerned.

Mortgage fraud can lead to a sentence of up to 30 years in prison if convicted on federal charges.

Bish says Schiff’s crimes are more than just listing two primary residences.

“Depending on tax history and statements or misstatements made Adam Schiff may also be guilty of tax fraud,” Bish wrote in her complaint against Schiff.

Considering the fact that Schiff’s credibility is already tarnished, he could have quite the fight ahead of him.

One of those who know just how unbelievable Schiff can be is former U.S. Attorney Bud Cummins of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Cummins says Schiff “has lied to the American people more times than I can count, so it would come as no surprise to learn he misled his bank.”

Do you think Schiff will face charges based on what Bish has uncovered?
