Activist Comes Forward to Accuse Harris of Plagiarism

Harris has tried to distance herself from Joe Biden during this election, but they have a lot more in common than most people realize.

For instance, Biden has been accused of plagiarizing multiple times.

That same allegation was just made against Harris for a book she co-wrote in 2009.

Copycat

Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, is the sleuth who called out Harris for putting what appears to be verbatim without citing the previous work.

Harris’ book, “Smart on Crime,” was written with Joan O’C. Hamilton.

He believes that Harris plagiarized six different times her book, which was originally found by Austrian plagiarism hunter Stefan Weber.

One section appears to have used a section from a John Jay College of Criminal Justice press release without properly citing the work.

The text was not put in quotations to signify it was taken from another source, but there is a citation in the footnote.

He also claims that the book “lifted language verbatim” that appeared in a news report rom NBC News.

That passage was in regard to the graduation rates of city schools.

Harris campaign spokesperson James Singer responded to the allegations, stating, “Rightwing operatives are getting desperate as they see the bipartisan coalition of support Vice President Harris is building to win this election, as Trump retreats to a conservative echo chamber refusing to face questions about his lies.

“This is a book that’s been out for 15 years, and the Vice President clearly cited sources and statistics in footnotes and endnotes throughout.”

Well, that was because nobody cared about who Harris was until now.

JD Vance, who wrote the best-selling novel, “Hillbilly Elegy,” pounced, posting, “Lmao Kamala didn’t even write her own book!”

Just one more black mark against Harris that we doubt most mainstream media outlets will report truthfully on.
