Agent shoots herself in leg at Secret Service's Rowley Training Center

According to RealClearPolitics National Political Correspondent Susan Crabtree, a Secret Service special agent trainee shot themselves in the leg on February 12 and had to be airlifted to a Baltimore hospital emergency room.

Because the special agent trainee was a woman, it's casting renewed scrutiny on the Secret Service's DEI policies.

Liberals came up with the idea to not hire federal employees based on qualifications, but instead consider skin tone and gender before anything else.

Joe Biden was one of the leaders of this mission. He openly admitted that he would only consider a woman to be his VP.

Biden also promised that when it came to nominating a Supreme Court justice, he would not consider any male or any females who weren't black.

According to the Center for American Woman and Politics, Black women make up 7.8% of America's population.

This means that over 92% of Americans were disqualified from consideration because of their gender or the color of their skin.

That doesn't sound very inclusive to me.

Former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who resigned in disgrace after allowing Donald Trump to be shot in the head at a rally in Pennsylvania, was another big believer in the liberal DEI ideology.

According to Crabtree, Cheatle signed the Secret Service onto the 30x30 national DEI initiative, which mandated that "all law enforcement agencies in the country to have at least 30% of their forces be women by the year 2030."

The 30x30 program was designed to put more women in law enforcement positions. It was not designed to make sure that only the best candidates get through.

Women are strong and capable and can accomplish incredible things, but America shouldn't be compromising the standards of important positions to help them achieve these goals.

If a woman wants a spot in the Secret Service, then she should have to earn it just like men do.

Let's stop the insanity of hiring people based on skin color or gender, and make sure we have the best possible people protecting America.
