James Comer wants James Biden held accountable for lying to Congress

House Oversight Chairman James Comer is determined to hold Joe Biden's brother, James Biden, accountable for his crimes.

Comer has made sure the incoming attorney general knows the truth about Joe Biden's brother: He is GUILTY of lying.

In fact, he’s called on the attorney general to hold Mr. Biden accountable for lying during President Joe Biden’s impeachment probe.

James Biden may have been above the law when his brother Joe was president, but that can NOT continue once Donald Trump takes office.

Comer feels so strongly about this that he has written a letter to Trump's attorney general nominee, Pat Bondi.

“On December 1, 2024, President Joseph R. Biden Jr. issued a written statement announcing ‘A Full and Unconditional Pardon’ for his son, Robert Hunter Biden,” Comer wrote.

“However, I write to remind incoming Department of Justice leadership of Hunter Biden’s main accomplice in his influence-peddling schemes (aside from Joe Biden himself), whom the House Committees on Oversight, the Judiciary, and Ways and Means (the Committees) previously identified to Attorney General Merrick Garland as having misled Congress regarding Joe Biden’s participation in his family’s influence peddling and deserving of prosecution under federal law: James Biden, the President’s younger brother,” the letter continued.

It seems Comer is truly not backing down without a fight when it comes to James Biden.

For those who may not remember, Comer accused Biden of lying in his deposition.

James Biden's testimony was directly contradicted by the testimony of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. That means at least one of them was lying.

Now, despite Hunter Biden having been pardoned his father. Joe’s brother, James Biden, has yet to receive any such clemency.

This could mean James Biden faces serious consequences for any lies he told to Congress. Unlike Hunter, there's still a possibility James could be punished for his crimes.

If Comer has his way, he will have James Biden brought to justice for the testimony he gave during the impeachment probe of President Joe Biden.

At this time, we do not have a response from the likely incoming attorney general.
