CBS Now Reports on Biden’s ‘Obvious Cognitive Decline’

It is almost comical that reporters and journalists are now coming forward to admit they did not cover Biden’s cognitive decline properly when he was in office, and they are expecting a pat on the back for finally coming clean.

The latest to come forward on the subject is CBS News reporter Jan Crawford.

She came forward to say that had they done their job, the entire news cycle heading into the election would have been different.

Stating the Obvious

The funny thing about the Biden decline is that not only did the media not report on it, but they also went to the far extreme in the opposite direction.

Remember Joe Scarborough’s comments about Biden being the best he has ever been?

Remember all the reporters who reiterated the White House talking point of Joe Biden being “sharp”?

The job of the media in this country is not to express opinion but to report the news as honestly as possible, but that has not really happened in decades, and it surely has not been the case over the last 10 years.

While discussing the most underreported stories of the year, Crawford stated, “Undercovered and underreported, that would be, to me, Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline that became undeniable in the televised debate.”

While Biden staffers were circling the wagons around Biden, Crawford added, “And yet he insisted that he could still run for president.

“We should have much more forcefully questioned whether he was fit for office for another four years, which could have led to a primary for the Democrats. It could have changed the scope of the entire election.”

Of course, it would have because Biden would likely have been removed from office had they actually reported honestly.

Now, think about that… we had someone in office where the 25th Amendment was a legitimate option, and the media just ignored it because they hated Trump so much and did not want to hurt Biden in his re-election efforts.
