REPORT: Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle Engagement Off Amid Ambassador Appointment

Well, there is nothing like having a father to make your love life less complicated.

As reports are now swirling that Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle’s romance has finally come to an end, photos of Jr. and another socialite are making their way around the internet.

Amid all this, Trump has also reportedly nominated Guilfoyle, a former Fox News personality and ex-wife to Governor Gavin Newsom, as the ambassador to Greece.

Paying Off Loyalty

Rumors have been swirling about Jr.’s romance for weeks, backed up by pictures of Jr. with Bettina Anderson.

One family source stated, “There is no more Kimberly and Don – at least not romantically. Their engagement hasn't officially been called off yet. They were waiting until after the inauguration to announce.”

Anderson is in the “in” circle in Palm Beach, another rich socialite, with one source stating, “The truth is Don and Bettina are still very much together. He's crazy about her.”

Yeah, well, he was crazy about Guilfoyle too, until he wasn’t.

The funny thing about all this is that Anderson is about as opposite from Guilfoyle as one could be.

Even though Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. are no longer an item, Trump appears ready to reward her for her undying loyalty over the last few years.

Trump announced his pick on Truth Social, posting, "For many years, Kimberly has been a close friend and ally.

"Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media, and politics along with her sharp intellect make her supremely qualified to represent the United States, and safeguard its interests abroad."

Guilfoyle reportedly accepted the nomination, saying she was “honored” to be chosen for the post by the president-elect.

This will get her out of town for Jr.’s sake and keep her happy for all the work she did on Trump’s behalf while she was dating his son.

Trump and Guilfoyle got engaged in January 2022, about four years after they started dating.

There have been rumors that their relationship has been on the rocks going back to August, when Trump Jr. was first spotted with Anderson in public.
