Jill Biden leaves husband at White House to appear in France alongside Trump

It was Jill Biden's last foreign trip while she's still the first lady of the United States of America.

Ironically, she made the trip with Donald Trump, not her husband.

While Old Joe Biden was left alone at home in the White House, Jill Biden enjoyed her "final solo foreign trip as first lady, a six-day, four-country jaunt through Italy, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar that wraps with her and President-elect Donald Trump joining other dignitaries in Paris to celebrate the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral," according to Yahoo.com.

On the trip, Jill Biden planned to focus "on the issues she has championed as first lady, including support for military families, education, and research into cancer and women's health, and will also highlight U.S. partnerships in these areas with the countries hosting her," her office said.

Jill Biden has become something of a world traveler during her time as first lady. If you watched any of the 2024 Olympics, you'll remember that she seemed to serve as America's ambassador to the games.

She made appearances at important events and posed for pictures with celebrities during the competitions. The entire time, Joe Biden was back home in America.

It's an interesting situation. America's first lady seemed to have the vim and vigor required to get through another four years.

Unfortunately for her, Joe Biden did not.

If Joe Biden displayed even half the energy that Donald Trump is able to produce on a daily basis, then Kamala Harris would have never been the Democrat nominee.

I'm not saying that Joe Biden would have defeated Donald Trump, but he probably wouldn't have been able to do much worse than Kamala Harris did. Harris' historic mismanagement of funds could leave Democrats in a deep hole for quite some time.

Hopefully, once Joe Biden leaves the White House, he will have enough energy to go on trips again with his wife.

If the president wasn't strong enough to fly on a plane with Jill, then he's probably not strong enough to lead the entire country. These last four years have been concrete proof of that.
