Bernie Sanders confirms he's 'open to working with' Donald Trump

Bernie Sanders is one of the most radically left-wing politicians in America's government.

That's why it was so shocking to read what Sanders recently posted on social media:

Unlike some other liberals, Sanders is saying that he's actually looking forward to working with Donald Trump -- at least on one issue -- and getting things running in America.

Bernie apparently thinks that Trump will be a good person to work with to help Americans get their personal debt under control.

It makes sense that Sanders would be hopeful Trump can make progress on these issues because the president-elect has said similar things on the campaign trail:

"While working Americans catch up, we’re going to put a temporary cap on credit card interest rates," Trump said at a campaign rally in September. "We’re going to cap it at around 10%. We can’t let them make 25 and 30%."

That's a bold claim from Trump, as "credit card interest rates have never fallen to 10% in the Fed’s records, which span back to 1994."

This isn't the only thing that Sanders has broken away from many liberals on. He's one of the few actually working to identify the real reasons Kamala Harris lost this November, instead of just blindly calling voters "sexists" and "racists."

According to DailyCaller.com, "Sanders previously stated that Vice President Kamala Harris’s loss to Trump can be attributed to the Democratic Party’s failure to prioritize working-class voters. In a statement shared on X, Sanders criticized Democratic leadership for clinging to the status quo. He argued that this approach has alienated key groups, including white, Latino, and Black workers, who are growing increasingly disillusioned and calling for meaningful change."

I don't trust Bernie Sanders on everything, but maybe he can help other Democrats see sense on this and other issues.

Trump's going to be in charge, so you might as well make the best of it.
