CONFIRMED: Ivanka Will Not Be Part of Second Trump Administration

With Donald Trump now the president-elect, the speculation starts about who will and will not be part of this administration.

One thing we do know is that Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, will not be part of this administration.

For many conservatives, that is good news because many of the more moderate policies put in play when Trump was president for the first time came at the hands of these two.

Not Happening

When Jared Kushner was recently asked about Ivanka working in a second administration, he flat out stated, “No.”

Ivanka also addressed this, stating, “While I will always love and support my father, going forward, I will do so outside the political arena.”

My guess is that Ivanka did not like every aspect of her life being blasted out on social media and scrutinized by pundits, so she is calling it a day.

Eric Trump is committed to running the family business, and Donald Trump Jr. has already stated that he does not want to enter the political world, so it would appear that there will be no family members in this administration, which I believe is a good thing.

That being said, we can take a quick look at some of the appointments already announced.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee has been named as Ambassador to Israel. I was not expecting this, but have no issues with Huckabee.

Thomas Homan is coming back as Trump’s border czar, which I think is a great move. Trump has also asked Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to run a new office for government efficiency. I like Musk, but cannot stand Ramaswamy because the man is a snake.

I like Rubio for Secretary of State, Michael Waltz as NSA, and Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) as UN Ambassador.

Matt Gaetz as attorney general really worries me, and I am hoping his confirmation gets blocked in the Senate. Pete Hegseth turned some heads as Defense Secretary, and I am not really sure he is prepared for that job either.

I also believe that Tulsi Gabbard will face some challenges as the Director of National Intelligence, especially since Democrats are convinced she is a foreign operative.

The only other appointment I see possibly being a problem is Governor Kristi Noem as Homeland Security Secretary. I just don’t see her being qualified for that post based on her past experience.
