ICYMI: When Tom Homans Obliterated AOC

Donald Trump is rattling off his appointments, and one of them is bringing back Tom Homan.

Homan served as the Acting Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Now the video of AOC questioning Homan during a congressional hearing is blowing up all over the place.

Boom!

During a House Oversight hearing in 2019, AOC and Homan faced off against each other.

AOC gave a lecture on how the United States was violating human rights for family separation at the border.

Mind you, if you commit a crime as an American citizen, you are also separated from your children, a point that Homan was more than happy to make to AOC.

He also informed her that illegal immigrants are not supposed to be able to legally claim asylum after they have crossed illegally.

There are processes in place for legal immigration and they should be followed.

This video is about six minutes long, and I encourage you to watch the entire video to get its full effect…

Homan also made waves during a “60 Minutes” interview when he was asked about family separation and how that could be avoided.

He answered simply, “Families can be deported together.”

The left side of the aisle better dig in because you are about to see mass deportations taking place right out of the gate.

I am sure they will be legally challenged, but my understanding is that they are going to be targeting criminals first, so let’s see how that plays out with the media and the American people.

Let’s remember, folks, one of the top issues for all voters was immigration, and that was true along border towns that voted for Trump and had not voted for a Republican in more than a century.

I think the Dems are going to be on the losing side of this one.
