Ballot counting still underway in Arizona as Senate race hangs in balance

They've been CAUGHT in the act!

Officials for the Democratic Party have already been declaring victory for liberal Ruben Gallego's Senate race in Arizona. There's just one problem with that...

Not all of the ballots have been counted!

Republican hopeful Kari Lake is no stranger to election controversy, and it looks like she could be in the middle of it again very soon. Despite not all of the ballots in her race being counted, her opponent is already declaring victory!

Arizona is notorious for taking an extremely long time to count their votes, so some people are considering it a little surprising that somebody would be declared the winner in such a close race.

As recently as Nov. 8, Charlie Kirk was tweeting that things were looking good for Lake as the last ballots were being counted.

Decision Desk HQ may have already declared Ruben Gallego the winner, but even the state of Arizona says that "Elections do not end on Election Day. It takes time to ensure all eligible votes are counted."

Lake doesn't appear to have conceded yet either. Instead, she's been making statements about continuing to count ballots.

"I can't stress enough how important ballot curing is. Every single vote is going to count for this election, so we need to make sure every single vote gets counted. We have until Sunday to cure ballots. I URGE you to get involved if you haven't," Lake posted online.

Liberals are already asserting that Gallego defeated Trump-backed Lake, but is it really true?

While I wouldn't say Lake's chances are great right now, there is a small possibility that things could be far from over in Arizona.
