Capitol Police Arrest Man Who May Have Been Soaked in Fuel
I don't know what it is about this time of the year that brings out the loony tunes, but they appear to be out in full force.
To that point, the Capitol Police announced that they had arrested a man who smelled like he was soaked in fuel.
The man was also reportedly carrying a torch and a flare gun, apparently to set himself on fire.
Crazy!
The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, but they do not believe the incident had anything to do with the election or either of the candidates.
A Capitol Police spokesperson stated, “Our officers just arrested a man who was stopped during our screening process at the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC).
“The man smelled like fuel, and had a torch & a flare gun. The CVC is closed for tours for the day, while we investigate.
“We will provide more information when we can.”
Security has been heightened throughout DC during the election, and it will remain so during the next few days.
I think most people, myself included, are shocked that liberals have not lit our streets on fire yet, but they could still be in shock.
The real test will be on inauguration day. If we make it past that without incident, there just might be hope for this country.
If rioting starts, well, we are back to the drawing board.
But I also have to admit, I am still very concerned about another attempt on Trump's life.
Like I said, I think the left is in major shock right now, and I am terrified to think what they will come up with to get even once they pick their jaws up off the floor.
For the next two months, the media and Democrats are going to be whipping everyone up, so let's just hope common sense prevails and nothing truly bad takes place.
