USA Today Snubs Harris on Endorsement

The news for Kamala Harris on the endorsement front just took another hit.

USA Today has decided to sit out the election, choosing not to endorse Trump or Harris.

As far as Trump is concerned, this is just as good as an endorsement because all these publications usually endorse the Democrat candidate.

Sitting This One Out

You know it has to be bad for publications like this just to simply sit out the election.

The announcement for USA Today was made by spokesperson Lark-Marie Anton.

Anton explained, “Why are we doing this?” Anton said in a statement. “Because we believe America’s future is decided locally—one race at a time. And with more than 200 publications across the nation, our public service is to provide readers with the facts that matter and the trusted information they need to make informed decisions.”

USA Today has more than 130,000 print subscribers and millions of online readers, all of whom are being told Kamala is just not the one.

USA Today joins the LA Times and the Washington Post as major publications that have decided to sit out the election.

The LA Times stopped endorsing political candidates after Watergate, but it got back into the game when Barack Obama ran for office, and it had endorsed Democrat candidates ever since.

The owner’s daughter made a statement this week that one of the contributing factors was that the administration had backed Israel while committing “genocide” against the people of Palestine and Gaza.

I am sure that will sit well with the publication's Jewish readers.

The Washington Post has decided to not only sit out this election but all future elections as well.

The paper announced, “The Washington Post will not be making an endorsement of a presidential candidate in this election. Nor in any future presidential election. We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates."

Imagine disliking Harris so bad, the only way you can bow out gracefully is to say that you will never endorse another candidate again... that is what these papers are doing.
