Christian Students in Wisconsin Speak Out on Harris Visit

Last week, a rally at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse had a little bit of a hiccup.

Two students interrupted the rally, shouting “Christ is King!” while Harris was speaking.

After videos popped up showing Harris telling the students they were at the “wrong rally,” the two students spoke up about what happened.

Get Out

Juniors Grant Beth and Luke Polaske went to the rally to push back against Harris’ stance on abortion.

Polaske stated that after the two students heckled Harris during her pro-abortion speech, they were removed from the rally, a story that has been challenged.

And while Dems said the two students just left the rally, the students claimed that they were being pushed and mocked as they left.

Beth stated, “I was pushed by an elderly woman. We were heckled at, we were cursed at, we were mocked, and that’s the biggest thing for me personally.

“In reflection of the event, Jesus was mocked. You know, his disciples were mocked, and that’s OK.

“In reality, we did God’s work, and we were there for the right reasons, and God is watching us in this moment.

“I’m all about being a cordial person no matter your beliefs, but I do believe that we were sent there by God.”

Harris was caught directly trolling the students, telling them, “You guys are at the wrong rally.

“I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street.”

Polarske further stated that as he was being escorted out, he removed the cross that he wore around his neck and held it up.

It was at that point that he said Harris caught his eye, making an “evil smirk” at him while they were being forced from the rally.

He explained that he was only about 20 yards or so from Harris at this point, stating, “She was actually waving to me. I took this cross off my neck that I wear, and as we were getting asked to leave, I held it up in the air and waved at her and pointed at her, and she looked directly in the eye, kind of gave me an evil smirk.”

For someone who heavily criticizes Trump for the way he talks to people and says she is running to unify the country, mocking the religious beliefs of roughly two-thirds of the country is not a good look.
