REPORT: Secret Service Holding Back Information
As you all know, there have now been two attempts against Donald Trump’s life.
These events are being investigated, but it does appear that the Secret Service is not being forthcoming with all the information.
Once again, whistleblowers have come forward with some rather serious allegations on this front.
Tell the Truth
It is pretty obvious that numerous protocols were not followed in Trump’s protection details.
For instance, there was no overhead coverage. We can also say that the shooter, in the first attempt, should never have made it past the front gates, let alone be permitted to roam freely and eventually climb a building with a line of sight to Trump.
We can also add the fact that Trump was even permitted to speak with an active threat on the scene.
Senator Josh Hawley recently penned a letter to the Acting Director of the Secret Service asking questions after the whistleblower came forward.
He wrote, “The whistleblower alleges that the Secret Service denied access to [Department of Homeland Security] auditors because the former president is not receiving the full level of protective assets for all of his events, and Secret Service leadership wants to obscure or simply conceal this fact.”
“…As you continue to audit the agency’s programs and activities, you should be aware of these allegations, which indicate that the Secret Service is not in fact cooperating with your auditors and is instead painting a false picture.”
I have stated in other reports that I am in contact with a considerable number of FBI agents, both active and retired, and all were baffled by the sloppiness of the protection detail that day.
From my perspective, someone calling the shots allowed this all to play out, dare I say hoping the would-be assassin would be successful.
And I want to be clear, that is just my opinion, not fact, nor is it the opinion of this publication.
It is either that or the entire Secret Service detail and shot callers on Trump’s protection team are complete and utter imbeciles.
Either way, we have to get to the bottom of what happened to either hold those responsible accountable or to make sure the proper training is received so it never happens again.
