Democrats Starting to Panic as Harris Backslides in Polling
Are we getting closer to another surprise Democrat being named as the nominee for president?
I would not count it out as reports are breaking all over the place that Democrats are getting very concerned over Harris’ slide in polls.
While the money has been pouring in, a record of more than $1 billion since she took over the race, she keeps going backward in polls.
Time to Panic
Harris has been outpacing Trump significantly in fundraising ever since she entered the race.
There were hundreds of millions sitting on the sidelines waiting for Biden to leave the race and when he did, the checks started flying.
With that kind of money, there is no way Harris should be behind in this race, but the more people see of her, the less they like her, just like what happened in the 2020 primary race.
Jamal Simmons, a Democrat strategist who served as Harris’s communications director, stated, “Everything is deadlocked and the composition of the electorate is unknowable, and there are so many things that are unprecedented.
“So it’s just hard to know. If you’re not nervous, you’re not paying attention.”
Democrat strategist Anthony Coley, who served in the Biden-Harris administration, added, “Now that the sugar high is gone people have realized what Kamala Harris has said from the start, which is that she is the underdog.
“This is going to be a fight. … These numbers are just so stubborn.”
If all states hold true and Trump pulls out North Carolina, which is not a certainty, Trump would only need MI or PA, while splitting Nevada and Arizona.
There are numerous other combinations, but you get the idea of what he needs to win this election.
This makes North Carolina more important than ever, so can someone please explain to me why Trump is holding a rally in New York, a state where he trails Harris by 22 points in the last survey?
Whoever is running his campaign should be fired because right now, there are seven states where Trump should be on the ground: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
