Judge Dismisses Case Against Hunter by Computer Repairman

A bit of a surprise was handed down by the courts recently, and I have to be honest, I was shocked it fell this way.

The computer repairman who turned over Hunter Biden’s laptop to the media was suing Hunter for defamation.

A superior court judge in Biden’s home state did not see it that way and dismissed the case.

Not Defamation

If you recall, Hunter Biden dragged Mac Isaac’s name through the mud during that whole mess.

They called him every name in the book and more or less implied that he stole the computer and had no right to take its contents (even though it was clear on the receipt that if the computer was left and not claimed within a certain time period, the equipment was forfeited).

Hunter’s attorneys argued that since Hunter never actually used Isaac’s name, he was fair game.

Isaac’s attorney, Ronald Poliquin, argued, “Hunter Biden went on national TV and gaslighted the American public by indicating John Paul Mac Isaac was part of a Russian hoax when he knew it to be false.

“As the FBI has confirmed, Biden dropped off his laptop at the Mac Shop. Hunter Biden lied and needs to be held accountable.”

Superior Court Judge Robert Robinson Jr., who was appointed by a Democrat, shockingly ruled in Biden’s favor.

This, to me, is just another case where you almost know the outcome of the case before it is even presented because of the ideology of the judge.

Isaac basically lost his business and his privacy because of the claims made by Hunter Biden, but Hunter gets a free pass because his president Daddy is from the same state where this judge resides.

The system is rigged, my friends.
