Vance Mocks MSNBC Anchor Over Claim About His Son

Senator JD Vance (R-OH) could not help himself but go after MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle for a comment she recently made about something Vance said.

Vance was at a supermarket for a campaign appearance discussing the prices of groceries, when his sons interrupted his speech to reach for a carton of eggs.

Vance kiddingly made a comment about how many eggs his kids eat every day, which was the top of Ruhle’s comment on social media.

All Those Eggs

When the kids reached for the carton of eggs, Vance stated, "Yes, buddy. Want some eggs? Let's talk about eggs. Because these guys actually eat about 14 eggs every single morning. Is that right?"

A post was made by a leftist troll, challenging if Vance “even know his children, or is he just making up more stories…”

Ruhle reposted the comment, adding, "14 eggs per day. 98 eggs per week. 2 children consuming 8+ dozen eggs per week.”

Vance took care of this himself, responding, "One time I said I was so tired I could sleep for days. Stephanie Ruhle: Vance, in fact, only slept for 8 hours.”

CNN senior political commentator Scott Jennings piled on, adding, "Vance: ‘I’m so hungry I could eat a horse!’ Ruhle: ‘TONIGHT, we talk to PETA to get to the bottom of this Republican-led equine eating catastrophe.’"

The odd thing about this was actually pointed out by RealClearInvestigations’ Mark Heminway, who responded, "Tim Walz lied about his military service and no can say for sure whether Harris worked at a McDonalds, but they'll fact check the most obvious hyperbole imaginable.”

That is also my point. If I were Vance, I would have responded with a clip of Walz saying he “misspoke” after being called out for one of his many lies.

The scrutiny paid to the right is unbelievable when you consider how much they let the left gets away with.

State-run media, my friends. It will only get worse if Harris wins this election.
