Kennedy Taking New York Ballot Case to Supreme Court

Take his name off the ballot, leave his name on the ballot… RFK Jr. needs to make up his mind.

Since withdrawing from the race, Kennedy has been fighting to get his name off the ballot in numerous Blue Wall battleground states.

Yet, in New York, where the court ruled his paperwork was fraudulent and he could not be on the ballot, Kennedy is about to take his case to the Supreme Court to be put on the ballot.

Make Up Your Mind

So, we know why Democrats are fighting to keep Kennedy on the ballot in states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

In those states, Kennedy is pulling away from Trump, so Dems want him on the ballot to help Harris win those states.

I have been relentless in calling this out as a non-fair tactic to win the election, so don’t expect me to support Kennedy’s effort to be included on the ballot in New York because he is taking away from Harris.

In every other case, Kennedy has argued that his name being on the ballot would deceive voters, yet here is he arguing that the signed petitions supporting him “have a constitutional right to have Kennedy placed on the ballot – and to vote for him, whether he is campaigning for their vote or not.”

This makes no sense, as Kennedy stated after dropping out, “A lot of people are asking me, if they live in a red state or a blue state, should they still vote for me? What about swing states?

“The answer is easy. No matter what state you live in, I urge you to vote for Donald Trump. The reason is that is the only way we can get me and everything I stand for into Washington DC and fulfill the mission that motivated my campaign.”

So, I have written several reports on this, and something just dawned on me, literally as I was writing this report.

Justice Sotomayor covers New York for emergency appeal decisions, so I don’t expect her to support his motion.

But what if that is what Kennedy wanted to help have him removed from the other states?

After all, if Sotomayor rules that he is out of the race and has no right to be on the ballot, that sets a Supreme Court precedent that other states will have to follow.

This is either a legal stroke of genius or blatant hypocrisy, but I am not sure which at this point.

I am now hoping my last-minute revelation is correct because this could be huge for Trump if I am correct.
