Supreme Court denies White House bid to reinstate Title IX rule

Kamala Harris can't count on her accomplishments to win her elections, because she simply doesn't have any.

Instead, she counts on divisive arguments meant to separate Americans from each other based on race and gender.

Title IX and LGBT rights have been major talking points for Kamala Harris year after year, but those things continue to fail to do anything positive for the Americans they are supposed to help.

As a result, the U.S. Supreme Court has had to step in to stop Kamala and Joe Biden from overstepping their bounds when it comes to their new Title IX plan.

On Aug. 16, the high court's justices "declined the White House’s emergency request to partially reinstate Biden’s new Title IX rule on Friday."

The 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court fell right in line with what most Americans believe about things like Title IX.

Of course we want things to be fair in America, but creating unfair situations and advantages for certain groups of people based on race, gender status, or political party simply isn't the way America should operate.

Kamala Harris isn't dedicated to things like Title IX and racial equality because she truly believes in the causes, she's simply trying to buy votes from key demographics.

Unfortunately for her, those plans don't work anyway even when they are implemented.

That's why the Supreme Court had to refuse the Department of Justice's request to allow "sexual orientation and gender identity in Title IX" rights.

According to DailyCaller.com, this won't be the last time we see a fight over this segment of Title IX:

The decision is not the final word on the new Title IX rules, as the ongoing legal challenges will return to lower appellate courts for further review. This ongoing litigation follows a 2020 Supreme Court ruling that established protections against employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Only time will tell how many of her radical policies Kamala Harris is able to get through before America gives her the boot for good.

Let's hope there's not too much more of this nonsense.
