Supreme Court ruling erects hurdles in Trump Jan. 6 prosecution

America's Supreme Court just made Jack Smith's job a LOT more difficult.

A recent ruling by America's Supreme Court SERIOUSLY weakened the cases against hundreds of  people with pending J6 charges or convictions, including Donald Trump.

Smith was always going to have a tough time taking down Donald Trump.

From the moment this trial began, Smith has shown that he's on his back foot while Donald Trump calls the shots.

Some may argue that this is the doing of Judge Aileen Cannon in the classified documents case. Since Cannon is overseeing the matter AND was appointed by Donald Trump, many liberals are crying foul that she will never do what's in the best interest of liberals.

So far, she hasn't.

She's been doing what's in the best interest of America, which means making Jack Smith play fair.

Liberals want Cannon to be bending the rules in Florida just like Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron did up in New York, but she's refused so far.

Now, the U.S. Supreme Court has made it even more difficult to think that Jack Smith is going to be able to take down Donald Trump in his Jan. 6-related case against the former president.

That's because a recent ruling in the case of Joseph Fischer v. United States "narrowed the scope of the federal obstruction charge used in more than 300 prosecutions related to the riot."

It turns out that the "obstructing justice" law that all of these people had been charged with was never meant to apply to this type of situation at all. Instead of finding a proper crime to charge the J6 protesters with, liberals simply assigned charges in order to make them look like true criminals.

Now we know that legally, these people should have never been charged with these crimes.

Liberals are continuing to drop the ball when it comes to "getting" Trump on the issues of Jan. 6 and the Mar-a-Lago documents. This recent Supreme Court ruling is sure to make things even more difficult.
