Biden Abortion Expansion Plan Blocked by Federal Court

The federal court has just handed a major win to the conservative side of the aisle.

In what can be defined as nothing short of a landmark win for religious freedom, the courts have ruled that Catholic and religious organizations cannot be forced to fund abortion.

This is huge for Catholic organizations that have been fighting Biden on this from the outset.

Beating Biden

Biden was using the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) interpretation of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) that would have forced Catholic organizations to fund abortions of employees.

These organizations stepped up to challenge Biden on this front, saying that it was in direct violation of their religious beliefs.

The conclusion of the court’s decision stated, “At its core, this is a textbook case of a federal administrative agency exceeding its statutory authority in a way that both usurps the role of Congress and violates authority vested in the states under the principles of federalism.”

On the court’s decision, Arielle Del Turco, director of the Center for Religious Liberty at Family Research Council, stated, “No religious employer should ever be made to accommodate employees for obtaining abortions when facilitating an abortion contradicts the employer’s sincerely held religious beliefs. It’s good to see the court affirm that in this decision.

“Sadly, the Biden administration continues to expand abortion via any means possible — including through the EEOC’s overreaching regulation to enforce a bipartisan law written to help pregnant workers — without any regard for conscience protection or for religious freedom.”

This is also something that Trump can use against Biden, showing again how his administration continues to circumvent not only Congress but also our Constitution and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Look no further than Biden’s student loan forgiveness as even more proof that Biden simply ignores the rule of law in this country and disrespects the Supreme Court at every opportunity.
