Trump judge to hear arguments on constitutionality of Jack Smith appointment

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon doesn't seem in a rush to get Donald Trump's classified documents case in front of a jury anytime soon, and that's because there's a LOT to do in order to make sure that this case is actually on-the-level and totally legal before it officially starts.

There's one question in particular that might pose a VERY big problem to America's liberals, and Cannon is going to take her time reviewing it:

The question is whether "Jack Smith, the prosecutor leading the case, was unconstitutionally appointed or is otherwise acting without legal authority."

Politico.com refers to the idea of Smith's appointment being unconstitutional as "a far-fetched bid by Trump to scuttle the case altogether," but Cannon may not agree.

She seems to think that the question is certainly a legitimate one, so she's going to get the answer correct before moving on.

This is infuriating to liberals, as they have proven to not be very interested in due process or actually doing what's right.

Instead, they're out to get Trump, and they want it to happen in the quickest way possible.

Judges Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron from New York have already given liberals exactly what they wanted in their cases against Trump, so Democrats are having trouble understanding why Cannon isn't bowing down to them as well.

It's simple, really:

Merchan and Engoron were overseeing cases in the liberal hotbed of New York and had been working with Letitia James and Alvin Bragg to bring Donald Trump down for quite some time.

They needed no evidence and no trustworthy witnesses in New York, ideas that simply won't fly in Cannon's court.

Liberals are unaccustomed to not getting their way.

We're not asking Cannon to be biased toward Trump, we're simply asking her to be biased toward the truth.

As of now, it would appear she's at least trying to fight for what's right. Let's see if she can keep it up.
