According to a report, New York Governor Kathy Hochul has 420 pieces of legislation stacked up on her desk.
Hochul does not want to sign them just yet.
The reason? She is worried about how the legislation would impact the election.
Hochul has blown a double-digit lead in this election, and the party is in pure panic mode.
With the Democrat agenda being what is, Hochul cannot afford to upset moderates, so she has put her pen back in the desk.
John Kaehny, director of the watchdog group Reinvent Albany, stated, "The governor has made a strategic decision not to sign or call up lots and lots of bills until after the election.
"It's enormously frustrating."
It has also been revealed that some of the bills on her desk could have an adverse impact on certain businesses, many of which have donated to her campaign.
Hochul, at one point, had an 18-point lead.
That lead is now down to low single digits, with some polls showing Zeldin as the leader.
I am still not convinced he can with this race, but he is definitely putting one hell of a scare into Hochul and the Democrats.
