3 Chiefs Fans Found Dead in Frozen Garden After Watch Party

If you are an NFL fan, you likely got your weekly dose of the Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift show this weekend, with an extra side of Jason Kelce shirtless.

The celebrity couple and Jason were all the rage after Jason jumped out of the suite, where Swift was also watching the game, to drink with fans.

That “fun” was quickly spoiled, however, after news got out that three Kansas City Chiefs fans had died in the backyard of a friend after watching the game.

Frozen to Death

According to the report, there were a total of five friends hanging out for the game.

Jordan Willis, who was renting the home, initially stated that he had passed out on his couch after the game. He then added that he went upstairs to bed, leaving his doors unlocked, and three of the friends apparently returned after he had gone up to bed.

The fifth friend stated that when he left the home around midnight, everyone was still alive. He added that when he left, the four other men were all watching TV together.

Three of those friends, David Harrington, Ricky Johnson, and Clayton McGeeney, never made it back home.

Could they have been murdered?

When their families realized they were missing, some of them went to Willis’ home, with one of them stumbling upon a dead body in the backyard, so the police were called.

Authorities eventually found three dead bodies in the yard, all of them frozen, apparently there since the game had ended.

Police are not investigating this as a homicide, yet, but there are a lot of things that do not mesh in this story, as Willis has changed his story several times already.

Investigator Paul Mauro explained, “The cops have some things to pull at here. The chief of police has said this is a hundred percent not a homicide at this point, he could change his mind' he explained.

“That doesn't mean there isn't something that they're looking at.”

The family members of the departed stated that they had been sending Willis messages for days, but he never returned them.

Willis tried to explain this as having been sleeping most of the time and not checking his messages.

The deaths are still being investigated. We are also awaiting the toxicology report from the medical examiner to see if any drugs were involved.
