Hunter Biden Law License Suspended

Hunter Biden just continues to get hit with bad news.

The trickledown effect is starting regarding his recent conviction on gun charges.

Hunter Biden just had his law license suspended due to his felony conviction.

We Are Going to Need That Back

I have been curious to see what was going to happen to Hunter now that he has been found guilty.

It apparently took the Office of Disciplinary Counsel about two seconds to file to have his law license suspended after the conviction.

The court ruling on the matter stated, “The respondent is suspended immediately from the practice of law in the District of Columbia pending resolution of this matter.”

Hunter received his degree in 1996, but he has not made much use of the law degree since his dad left office, imagine that.

Now Hunter appears to rely on his sugar brother and his fancy little watercolors for income.

Regarding the case itself, Hunter is now trying to get the previous ruling thrown and is requesting a new case, claiming the judge made numerous errors in his trial.

His attorneys are arguing, “Mr. Biden filed two notices of appeal in this case to the Third Circuit raising claims on appeal that would prevent a trial on any count in this case—a first notice on April 17, 2024 and a second notice on May 20, 2024. The Third Circuit entered an order dismissing the first appeal on May 9, 2024, but the issuance of the mandate was delayed while the Third Circuit considered Mr. Biden’s petition for rehearing and rehearing en banc.

“The Third Circuit entered an order dismissing Mr. Biden’s second appeal on May 28, 2024, and denied Mr. Biden’s rehearing petition on the first appeal on May 31, 2024.

“The Third Circuit, however, did not then and has not yet issued its mandate as to the orders dismissing either appeal.

“Thus, when this Court empaneled the jury on June 3, 2024 and proceeded to trial, it was without jurisdiction to do so.”

That will likely fail, as I have yet to see a single trustworthy legal expert suggest there was anything remotely wrong with his trial or conviction.
