Court Orders Hunter’s Law License Suspended

Hunter Biden just lost a possible revenue stream thanks to his guilty verdict in the gun charges case.

After the guilty verdict came down, a filing was made to have his law license suspended.

Earlier this week, that request was granted.

No More Law for Hunter

It is not like Hunter has been using his law license since his Daddy left the Obama administration.

However, quite a few of the deals that Hunter had in the works back then relied on his legal license.

Now, he just does watercolors and sells them to rich Democrats, but I digress.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel made the filing almost immediately after the guilty verdict was made.

The court ruling stated, “The respondent is suspended immediately from the practice of law in the District of Columbia pending resolution of this matter.”

Hunter’s attorneys are now working to have the ruling reversed, having recently requested a new trial.

The defense believes the judge made numerous errors in the case, but the fact of the matter is that Abbe Lowell’s defense was just a bad strategy and it was blown out of the water by Hunter’s own communications that were found on his laptop and phone.

Regarding the new trial, Hunter’s team argued, “Mr. Biden filed two notices of appeal in this case to the Third Circuit raising claims on appeal that would prevent a trial on any count in this case—a first notice on April 17, 2024 and a second notice on May 20, 2024.

“The Third Circuit entered an order dismissing the first appeal on May 9, 2024, but the issuance of the mandate was delayed while the Third Circuit considered Mr. Biden’s petition for rehearing and rehearing en banc.

“The Third Circuit entered an order dismissing Mr. Biden’s second appeal on May 28, 2024, and denied Mr. Biden’s rehearing petition on the first appeal on May 31, 2024.

“The Third Circuit, however, did not then and has not yet issued its mandate as to the orders dismissing either appeal.

“Thus, when this Court empaneled the jury on June 3, 2024 and proceeded to trial, it was without jurisdiction to do so.”

This effort will fail, or at least it should, as that trial was run by the book.

I'm sorry, Hunter, but you are guilty as charged (although we all know he will probably only get a slap on the wrist).
