Biden Administration Hides Nationalities of Terror Watch Suspects

A very interesting report has surfaced on Fox News regarding the FBI Terror Watchlist report regarding suspects that have been arrested at the border.

The list came out with no nationalities posted, so Fox News reached out to find out why.

It was told that the nationalities have been hidden to protect the “privacy interests” of those involved.

Privacy Interests?

So, you pretty much lose your right to privacy once you get arrested in this country.

We have all seen it… John Smith, a New Jersey native who now resides in Georgia, was arrested for the murder of blah, blah, blah.

For some reason, however, the Biden administration is keeping the nationality of terrorists trying to enter this country a secret.

Fox News had filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in October to learn the nationalities of the terror watchlist suspects that had been arrested at the southern border, but were told this was a "clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

The letter continued, stating, "The privacy interests of the individuals in the records you have requested outweigh any minimal public interest in disclosure of the information.

“Any private interest you may have in that information does not factor into the aforementioned balancing test.”

The FOIA request did not request personal information; it simply requested the country of origin of those arrested, which is more than reasonable considering the situation at the border right now.

Needless to say, Republicans immediately pounced, with the GOP House Homeland Security Committee posting on X, "Wow: DHS thinks the ‘privacy’ of potential national security threats is more important than the American people's right to know where these individuals are coming from.”

As I have said before, this administration’s motto should be America and Americans Last, as they clearly couldn't care less about the welfare of citizens and legal residents in this country.
